How Being vegan made me a better Singer

Going vegan was a long process but the best decision I've ever made in my life. Not only it changed my general health, energy level and encouraged weight loss. I noticed I stated to sing better.If you think about it, our bodies are our instrument. The better it function the better you feel and sing.

I all started after watching Gary's lecture ( Link: ) I never looked at meat and diary products the same ever again. Something changed in me and I knew that I want a change for my life. Now after several years being vegan I feel so much more attuned to where my food comes from and grateful that my eyes have been opened to the everyday cruelties of the farming system. I am much more connected to what goes into my body and have a better sense of what is truly healthy food for me. It is not just a diet it is about learning to live more compassionately and consider both people and animals.

Everyone from Beyonce to Stella McCartney, Ellie Goulding to Jennifer Lopez are doing it and so many other famous singers.

I encourage you to TRY for one week to stick to plant base diet and you will see for yourself how you will feel.

If you still need a little more convincing here are the benefits for being vegan:

1. Great if you want to lose weight.

2. Helps lower cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure, lower rates of Type 2 diabetes, lower body mass indexes, a lower risk of death from heart disease, and lower overall cancer rates.

3. Boosts immunity and is anti-cancer.

4. Boost your energy levels.
